Tekkerz Return & Custom Order Policy

At Tekkerz, we’re committed to delivering top-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.


30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be new, unused, and in resalable condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

  • Personalized or customized items (including products featuring a name, number, or branding of a club, business, or company) cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  • Non-returnable items include digital downloads, gift cards, clearance items, and complimentary products.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or wear and tear may not be eligible for return.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service – Email info@tekkerz.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number, details of the return, and clear photos if applicable.

  2. Review & Authorization – Our team will review your request. If eligible, we’ll issue a Return Shipping Label and provide instructions. 

  3. Package the Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags. Clearly mark the Order Number on the outside of the package.

  4. Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or Tekkerz error. Shipping cost will show as restocking fee upon return. 

  5. Inspection & Processing – Once received, we’ll inspect the item. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.


Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • Exchanges are processed based on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.


Custom Orders

  • Turnaround Time: Custom orders may take up to two weeks or longer depending on supplier availability.

  • Final Sale: Customized items become non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins unless there’s a manufacturing defect or an error by Tekkerz.

  • Partial Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, completed items may ship separately while back-ordered items arrive later.


Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping is available for orders 50$ or more and where the shipping cost is under $25.

  • Orders exceeding this cost will be subject to standard shipping rates.

  • Shipping times may vary based on supplier availability, location, and carrier delays.
