30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be new, unused, and in resalable condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

Personalized or customized items (including products featuring a name, number, or branding of a club, business, or company) cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Non-returnable items include digital downloads, gift cards, clearance items, and complimentary products.

Products showing signs of use, damage, or wear and tear may not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Customer Service – Email info@tekkerz.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number, details of the return, and clear photos if applicable.

Review & Authorization – Our team will review your request. If eligible, we’ll issue a Return Shipping Label and provide instructions.

Package the Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags. Clearly mark the Order Number on the outside of the package.

Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or Tekkerz error. Shipping cost will show as restocking fee upon return.

Inspection & Processing – Once received, we’ll inspect the item. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges are processed based on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.
Custom Orders

Turnaround Time: Custom orders may take up to two weeks or longer depending on supplier availability.

Final Sale: Customized items become non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins unless there’s a manufacturing defect or an error by Tekkerz.

Partial Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, completed items may ship separately while back-ordered items arrive later.
